Definicja blocked capacity
A protected period (for example, between two activities of an operation) in which you cannot schedule other activities from other operations (from other orders).
Although the resource has free capacity, the system cannot schedule any other activity in the blocked period. As a result, two activities of an operation that are carried out on the same resource but which are disconnected in terms of time, cannot be separated by a "foreign" activity.
