A quality used to describe business partners who are members of a partner team, or to describe relationships between these partners.
For example, when appropriate, you could assign the characteristics "influence on the budget" and "technical knowledge" to the decision-maker or contact person in an Opportunity.
Characteristics help you create effective business strategy by recording details about the people with whom you work. They are only relevant in partner teams, such as the buying center in opportunities.
