The CIF comparison/reconciliation of transaction data enables you to determine and correct data inconsistencies between an ERP system and SAP APO. When you run this program, the system first performs a comparison and lists the inconsistent objects found. You can then select individual, multiple, or all objects for the reconciliation. Depending on the object type, SAP APO suggests either resending the object to the relevant partner system or deleting the object as the means of correcting the inconsistency.
