Definicja commitment run

Activity that ensures commitment is created and the same amount of budget is available in components Funds Management, GrantsManagement orControlling.

The commitment run creates financings for all positions or personnel that were designated for new financing. The system generates this designation when changes are made to a financing-relevant infotype (e.g. infotype cost distribution (0027) or infotype basic pay (0008). Whether an infotype is relevant for financing is defined in the Customizing of Position Budgeting and Control.
