Definicja component monitoring

Refers to the monitoring of the status of the different components in a landscape. With this, error situations in a system are identified, and a detailed error analysis can be performed. In contrast to this, the emphasis of process monitoring lies in the universal process, which may consist of multiple components. Here it is the steps within the process that are important, not the status of the components involved. Component monitoring is performed by the CCMS, whereas process monitoring is performed by PMI.
