Definicja cost factor

A criteria used to determine the cost of an insurance plan per base unit of coverage.

The cost of the plan is the number of base units in the coverage multiplied by the cost factor, (Coverage Amount / Base Unit) x Cost Factor = Cost

Example

($40,000 / $1,000) x 0.20 = $8
