A usage object that is assigned to a real estate contract.
Costs and revenues are posted initially to the real estate contract. If you want to post these costs and revenues in Controlling (CO) to one or more usage objects (such as, rental objects), then you can enter a distribution formula in the contract. The usage objects that are assigned to this distribution formula are the distribution objects, to which costs and revenues are distributed.
