Definicja double verification principle

An authorization rule requiring the participation of at least two users when writing active data records to the database.

Authorizations for infotypes can be set up so that one user can create data records and lock records, and another user can change the lock indicator (set and delete). Each user checks the other's data entries.

The double verification principle ensures that critical information (for example information stored on an employee's salary in the Basic Pay infotype (0008)) cannot be changed by one person only.
