A person who contributes or has contributed to the creation of goods and services in the enterprise based on a work contract or a contract for services.
The employee constitutes the main focus of interest for the majority of Human Resource application components, such as Personnel Administration, Time Management, Payroll, and so on. All business processes in these application components relate to the employee.
