Definicja Fair Labor Standards Act

The FLSA (Fair Labor Standards Act) is the law regulating minimum wages and overtime pay for private employers engaged in interstate or foreign commerce and for all public sector employers. The minimum wage is a gross hourly wage, before deductions, that must be paid to employees for each hour worked. The FLSA sets only the minimum; there is no maximum.
