Co znaczy FILTER (SCM-EWM):

Filter for a warehouse order creation rule that decides whether warehouse order creation processes a warehouse task with a rule. Warehouse order creation uses the filter for all warehouse tasks that you have not yet assigned to a warehouse order, and which it is to process.
