Co znaczy LABOR COSTS CENSUS:

Is the most comprehensive and credible source of information for

the level and composition of wages and salaries, the scope and composition of personnel costs that are not a wage or salary (for example, employer contributions to social insurance, company pensions), the number of worked hours including overtime and unpaid time off such as vacations and public holidays.

The increase in labor costs is regulated by EU lays every four years. To ensure reliable results, the companies selected for the census are obliged to provide information. The labor costs census traditionally represents a sample. The census thus only affects a certain number of companies, representative of all companies in one industry and of a particular size.
