Austrian Tenancy Law (MRG)

A comparative list of revenues and expenditures for the prior calendar year for a rental object as stipulated by Austrian tenancy law. This report does not always exactly reflect the actual income and expenditures of the landlord. It can also contain fictitious income and expense items.

This regulation is intended to force the landlord to build up reserves, which are then used to finance regular maintenance and other necessary improvements on the building.
