Definicja outline contract

Contract between the distributor that owns the grid to which the customer is connected, and the customer's supplier.

This contract states which customer the supplier supplies within the grid area of the distributor and to which settlement unit the customer belongs. An outline contract can also also include agreements concerning the use of load profiles, the entry and passing on of necessary consumption data, and so on.
