Definicja output deal

Outline quantity contract that a rights owner signs with a licensee. This contract can for instance stipulate that the licensee acquires the rights to 100 films from the licensor over a period of 10 years.

The output deal can then stipulate that a specific amount is due when the contract is signed and then a defined amount is to be paid for each additional film purchased.
