Co znaczy PERISHABLES EAN:

A value used for perishable goods in the area of foodstuffs retailing.

Fresh produce and weight EANs are 13 characters long according to CCG norms. They have the following structure:

Standard article numbers (SAN) have the prefix 26, 27 or 29. Individual article numbers in retailing begin with 21, 25 or 28. A four-character company-specific article number follows the prefix. The remaining characters are made up of the price, the weight, or the number of units as well as two check digits. These characters are masked with zero in the SAP System.
