Co znaczy PERSONNEL ASSIGNMENT GROUPING RULE:

Rule that the SAP system uses to assign a grouping value to the personnel assignments of a concurrently employed person for a specific business aspect (grouping reason).

On the basis of this grouping value, the SAP system decides which personnel assignments must be processed together. You can use the same grouping rule for several grouping reasons.
