Personnel Cost Planning enables you to plan personnel costs based on cost items, and to analyze the effects of planned personnel costs on the future cost situation in your enterprise.

In the context of strategic personnel management, Personnel Cost Planning provides relevant cost planning data, enabling you to steer the future personnel cost situation to be in line with the strategic goals of the enterprise.

You can use plan data in various ways in other (enterprise) areas, for example in Compensation Management or Controlling. In Compensation Management you can generate budgets from the plan data. In Controlling you can include personnel cost data in overall cost planning.
