Definicja prepayment meter

Meter that is installed at the customer, where energy consumption is paid for in advance. The customer can purchase a payment device, such as cards or tokens, to a certain value, which he/she inserts into the meter. The customer can consume energy up to the value of the amount charged to the payment device.
