When evaluating sales data, you can use the price pattern for a material grouping to analyze how sales are distributed between individual price levels and price band categories. A price level group can use a validity period to provide different price patterns for the evalautions.

Each price level group refers to a defined price level group category that defines the controlling characteristics of a price level group
