Definicja project role (PLM-CPR)

The function of a resource in a project, for example, the project lead.

The project role is staffed by one or more concrete persons and contains information regarding the qualifications the person must have and the date and length of time the person must be available for. As a rule, the role is assigned to the tasks in the project for which the person is responsible, or to the tasks a person works with.

The role stands for a required resource from the point of view of resource management.
