Co znaczy REAL ENFORCEMENT TITLE:

A legal document that permits the compulsory enforcement against the owner of the encumbered land.

To use an enforcement title:

The previous complaint of the land charge creditor is not required for initiating the enforcement proceedings on the landed property. The submission under immediate enforcement can only explain about the land owner. The enforcement submission must be entered in the land register if there is a clause against the respective owner (800 ZPO), so that it is also effective against the legal successor of the owner
