Co znaczy RENT REFERENCE VALUE:

Rent reference spreads are entered in the representative list of rents, and are dependent on the construction year of the rental object. Accordingly, rent reference values are values that are derived from the age of the building. They are used for rent adjustment based on a representative list of rents.

Example 1:

Construction year: 1912 - 1948 Rent reference spread in EUR/square meter: 5.25 - 5.65 Rent reference value used for the calculation in EUR/square meter: 5.50

Example 2:

Construction year: 1948 - 1974 Rent reference spread in EUR/square meter: 5.65 - 6.05 Rent reference value used for the calculation in EUR/square meter: 5.85
