Co znaczy RESOURCE ELEMENT TYPE:

The role the resource element plays in the system. The resource element type determines which resource elements can form a resource of a particular resource type.

Example

The resource type "simple forklift" can only comprise of two resource element types:

Forklift driver Forklift equipment

Thus a resource of type "simple forklift" will be constructed only when a worker defined as a forklift driver logs on with a device defined as forklift equipment.
