Definicja retroactive case processing
A tool used to automatically determine and process commission case chains and dependent commission cases.
Retroactive chain processing (RCP) searches for all commission cases that are dependent on the commission case that has to be corrected.
After selecting the processing target (such as pending, reset, parked) for rolling back the dependent commission case, RCP creates a 'worklist' that is subject to commission case processing.
With RCP it is no longer necessary to search manually for commission cases and change them individually.
