Co znaczy RETURNS (SD):

A sales document used in complaints processing when a customer returns goods.

If the customer returns damaged goods, or goods that were delivered for sale on approval, you can enter a return in the system.

The return causes the system to create a:

Returns delivery to register that the goods have been received, and post the goods to stock, for example, blocked stock Credit memo when you have checked the goods and approved the complaint
