Special type of index-linked contracts with both index and sales agreements. The tenant makes advance payments based on the estimated sales and has either a receivable or a credit memo following the sales settlement. With the sales/index contract, in addition to the advance payment conditions the amount details in the sales agreement (minimum rent, sales grading) can also be adjusted according to an index series.
