Definicja SAP Service Marketplace

SAP extranet on which SAP makes contents and services not to be published on the public SAP web site available to customers and partners.

SAP employees can also access all contents of the SAP Service Marketplace from the SAP Portal (SAP intranet). Contents for the extranet are also created and managed here. After contents have been released for specific authorization groups, they are transported automatically to the extranet server on the other side of the firewall. Each authorized person with Internet access, including those external to SAP too, can then access these contents.

To access the contents on this extranet, users must log on to the extranet with a user name and password. Customers and partners can apply for their extranet user name and password either from their own company system administrator or on the extranet home page.
