Co znaczy SAPFORMS FORM TASK:

A transaction with which the method PROCESS of the object type FORM is executed.

If a SAPforms form task is executed as a step in a workflow, the recipients of this step see a work item in their Business Workplaces. If the relevant system settings have been made, a mail is also sent to their Internet addresses. This mail contains the data from the task container as an R3F attachment.
