Definicja settlement scheduling

A process that schedules the settlement of a remuneration based on a set of rules. The result is a settlement schedule consisting of one or more settlement schedule items. Every settlement schedule item represents one scheduled due date document.

The scheduling of remuneration in the settlement schedule can be adjusted retroactively on the basis of new scheduling data. This is referred to as settlement rescheduling.

Example

The remuneration entitlement of a commission case which is due for disbursement is scheduled on the basis of a scheduling rule. The scheduling is fixed in the settlement schedule on the basis of the settlement schedule items. The remuneration entitlement to be disbursed totals 1200 euros, which is now scheduled into "monthly" amounts of 12 x 100 euros. The settlement schedule run converts the settlement schedule items generated by the remuneration entitlement to be disbursed into due date documents.
