Procedure for scheduling large order quantities (orders with lot size 1) of multi-variant products in the short-term horizon in make-to-order production. The heuristic defines the order sequence on a line and can therefore be used as an alternative to the genetic algorithm if you are trying to solve problem situations with mainly hard restrictions.
