Definicja telephony server (BC-SRV-COM)

Logical unit in the SAP System that represents the connection to a telephone, a PBX, or a call center system. A telephony server contains the settings that control communication between the SAP System and the telephone equipment.

Telephone equipment can be connected to the SAP System using the SAPphone server, for example. Every SAPphone server is represented by a telephone server in the SAP System.
