Transfer of security deposits

If a business partner moves premises within a service territory, the security deposits provided on the old premise can be transferred to the new one. In this case the old contract counts as the transfer contract.

Customer change

If a business partner takes on an existing contract belonging to another business partner, then the transfer contract refers to the contract of the initial business partner.
