Co znaczy TRANSITION (CRM-MD-PRO-OBJ):
A relationship between two states indicating that an individual object in the first state (From State) may perform a certain action and enter the second state (To State) when the specified event occurs and specified condition (Guard Condition) is satisfied. On such a change of the state, a transition is said to "fire". Until the transition fires, the individual object is said to be in the From State. After it fires, it is said to be in the To State.
