Definicja value code

Two or three-digit representation of the discount amount granted upon presenting a coupon at the POS.

Product standards such as the European Article Number (EAN) in Europe or the Uniform Code Council in the USA provide standardized values for these codes.

For example, according to the UCC, the value "10" indicates a discount of 0.10$.
