Definicja visit plan (CRM)
Used in activity management. A visit plan comprises a group of business partners whom you wish to visit. The business partners are grouped according to certain criteria, such as location.
A visit plan can contain visit plan-specific information, such as territory hierarchy ID and the visit plan validity period, and business partner information, such as postal code, day, time and preparation time.
A visit plan is not equal to an activity. A visit plan has no date and serves simply as a template for scheduling activities.
