Preparation of MDMP System conversion to Unicode.

Occurs during the scan Tables without Language Information, when the same word is entered in two tables that both have a LANG field (TABCAT 1) but the values of the LANG fields have incompatible code page assignments.

Example:

The word "Müller" is entered in table 1 with language "German" and in table 2 with language "Polish". German uses code page 1100 while Polish uses code page 1401. In this case no entry is made for a language in the System Vocabulary, and the word will have to be assigned a language.
