Definicja wildcard character (BC-ABA)
Characters that stand in for other content. In logical expressions with the operators CP and NP , "*" normally stands for any string and "+" for any single character. In WHERE conditions of Open SQL with the operator LIKE, "% " stands for any string and "_" for individual characters. The special function of wildcard characters can be overridden using escape characters.
