A WCM object for controlling communication between maintenance orders and applications.
In work approval, measures are requested to ensure a safe environment for work at a technical system. The work approval is a higher-level WCM object that combines the work clearance application with other applications, for example, boiler inspection permit, permit for working with radioactive materials, permit for working with open flames.
The work approval is only used in the enhanced model of work clearance management and represents the central safety certificate. For example, maintenance personnel request work approvals from those responsible for work safety or radiation protection.
