Definicja work break
A break during an employee's working time to allow for a short period of rest or for refreshment.
Breaks do not count as an employee's working time and are not compensated unless legal regulations, collective agreements, contracts, or other provisions specify that they should be.
Individual breaks can be grouped into break schedules and included in individual daily work schedules. In this way, the same break rules can apply to different work schedules.
