Co znaczy ACTIVITY ITEM:

Transaction item that describes a product or topic that is relevant for an intended or completed interaction with a business partner. The activity item can document a completed interaction, such as the distribution of a sample or the request from the business partner for information.

For an activity item, a template or template type for activity journals is used to define which fields (that is, what business attributes) should be available in the item for entering information. Examples can include:

the result and reason for result for the interaction as well as information on the product that the interaction is based on detailed information on the decoration, price or shelf placement of the product.

An activity item is always part of an activity journal in an activity.
