Co znaczy ACTIVITY JOURNAL:

Used by sales employees during or after an activity, for example, to record all information gathered from a customer visit or telephone call. The information recorded may or may not be product related. An activity journal may contain information on products discussed with the customer, samples given, feedback from the customer, or information on an upcoming event.

The information recorded in the activity journal can also be used to:

Analyze sales data, for example, the number of products distributed to the customer Track the progress of the sales team, for example, the number and type of discussions held with a business partner Detect possible problems, for example, any slow and non-moving products
