Definicja alert (BC-CCM)

A problem message in the Computing Center Management System (CCMS) alert monitor.

Alerts notify the system administrator of critical or potentially critical situations in an SAP system. The CCMS alert monitor assesses the values reported to it by data collection methods and compares them to predefined alert thresholds. If the incoming data violates a threshold, the alert monitor triggers an alert. The alert status of each element in a monitoring tree is clearly displayed and indicated by color according to the gravity of the problem.
