Definicja alert modeler

Hidden component that alerts agents by automatically performing actions such as displaying messages, opening workspaces or triggering events.

You can use JavaScript in the alert modeler editor to define the actions that you want the alert modeler to call up. The alert modeler's actions depend on business partner's information found by the system.

Example

You define a rule that triggers the alert modeler to display a message alerting the agent to mention the "Golf Getaway" bonus offer to a business partner if the information that the system found for that business partner lists golf as a hobby.
