Definicja clause (CA-GTF-DOB)

A formatted block of text varying in length from one sentence to many pages. The formatting applied includes styles such as paragraph indents, bold, bullets, and tables. Clauses are edited in HTML and can be included either in full text or by reference. From a strictly legal point of view, a clause is a text that expresses a term or condition.

SAP Document Builder distinguishes between custom and user clauses. Custom clauses refer to clauses created from scratch for a specific document, whereas user clauses can be reused in other documents but cannot be shared among users.
