Component of a global employee's compensation package offer, which is usually split into base and derived compensation package items (CPIs), as described below:

Base compensation package item (main gross or net components, such as gross and net salary or net spendable in host country) Derived compensation package item (components derived from a base CPI, such as social insurance contributions and taxes, relocation allowances or union fees)
