Co znaczy CONTENT MODEL:

A content definition defined by a client application.

The SAP Knowledge Provider has no fixed definition of content - in other words, documents - stored on a content server.

A content model might contain the following information:

Relationship classes Logical document classes Physical document classes

Content models are used as the structure and architecture for processing document-like objects within the application-specific context.
