Distribution Strategy

Defined set of rules due to which order proposals are adjusted in stores if the stock available in the supplying distribution centers is not sufficient to cover material requirements in stores.

You can use the following rules:

Percentage distribution according to requirements

Proportional distribution of the stock available in the distribution center among the stores in accordance with order proposals.

Percentage target achievement

The warehouse stocks in all the stores have to be filled to approximately the same percentage as the target stock/maximum stock level.

Distribution according to priorities

The individual stores are prioritized and they are then supplied in accordance with the sequence of priorities.

Customer-defined solution using a Business Add-In (BAdI).
