Definicja duty suspension

Suspended from duties. With the exception of the electricity tax and natural gas tax, all excise duty laws contain certain regulations that allow the manufacture, storage and transport of excise-duty-liable goodsunder duty suspension. No excise duties are incurred for the excise-duty-liable goods at this point, but they are subject to tax monitoring.
