Definicja eligibility rule (CRM-IPH)

Rule which determines whether a customer is eligible for contract pricing.

Eligibility rules are used in the Contract Management functions for the pharmaceutical industry in SAP Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM). In the pharmaceutical industry, contracting organizations negotiate contracts with reduced prices with the drug manufacturer on behalf of their members (end customers like hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and so on). The Contract Management functions help to identify those end customers that belong to the contracting organizations and are thus eligible for the negotiated contract prices of the drugs.
